I was getting Cael ready for school this morning and we were having a rough time. He wasn't listening very well...
Me: Cael, I told you to stop that. Now you're going to the corner.
Cael: Why?
Me: Because I told you to stop twice and I'm tired of having to tell you something 3 or 4 times before you listen. I think a few minutes in the corner might make you a better listener.
Cael: Okay, mom...I guess I can't cry about that, can I?
He stood in the corner for his 3 minutes and never made a peep...I think he's setting me up...
