So, we woke up this morning to a fresh layer of crisp white snow on the ground. Cael discovered this exciting turn of events when it was time to leave for work/school...
Cael: (confused) What is going on? When did this happen?
Me: It snowed last night.
Cael: Yeah! It's snow! Why am I in school clothes? Let's go get our gloves and play in the snow!
Me: Not today, sorry, we have to go to school.
Cael: We can't go to school! We have snow! Remember?
He is so confused...he thinks snow automatically means no school...poor kid was excited until he found out he wasn't getting a snow day.
