I took Cael to the store on Saturday to print some pictures for his scrapbook. We were waiting for the pictures to print when the photo department clerk walked up and said hello to Cael...
Cael: Hello! Want to see my mad face? (makes his mad face)
Clerk: (laughing) Wow, that's quite a face!
Cael: Want to see my happy face? (makes face) Want to see my sad face? (makes face) Want to see my surprised face? (makes face)
By this point in time, the lady is looking at me like I'm a crazy stage mom that forces her child to practice these crazy faces.
Me: (laughing) Okay Cael, that's enough. You're such a ham!
Cael: I'm not a ham...you can't cook me! I'm not ham...
Clerk: (laughing out loud) He has a point...
He is so literal. I tried to explain what I meant, but, he just kept insisting that he was not a ham. Cute kid...
